ATTEMPT MURDER

On the 8th of February 2017 at around 8:55pm, police visited the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where they saw Alrick AUGUST, 23-year-old of Belize City, suffering from gunshot wounds to the chest, neck and left arm. Initial investigation revealed that, about 8:50pm, AUGUST was walking on Western Avenue when he was approached by a male person, who fired several shots at him causing his injuries. AUGUST is presently listed in a critical condition. Police investigations continue.
