SHOOTING INCIDENT

On the 16th January 2017 at 7:54pm, police responded to a 911 call regarding a shooting incident in San Antonio Village, Toledo District, and went to the Punta Gorda Hospital where they saw Rufino BUL, 56-year-old Farmer of San Antonio Village, suffering from a gunshot wound to the left side of his chest and an exit wound on the back. Investigation revealed that BUL was inside his bar in San Antonio Village at 7:50pm when he was approached by four masked men. One of the men reportedly fired a single shot at BUL injuring him. The male persons then made good their escape. He reportedly then walked to the San Antonio Clinic for treatment and was transported to the Punta Gorda Hospital. He was later transported to the Southern Regional Hospital where he was listed as critical. Police are investigating.
