BELIZE CITY

MURDER

On the 2nd of January 2017 at about 8:58pm, police visited Raccoon Street where they saw Kenneth DOBSON, 33-year-old of Belize City, with two gunshot wounds to the right side of the head. Investigation revealed that he was playing dominoes under a house at a residence on Raccoon Street Extension when a male person entered the yard and fired several shots at him. He ran trying to escape, but the male person pursued and caught up with him where he continued shooting and then made good his escape. Kenneth DOBSON was transported to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 10:25pm. Police investigations continue.
 
FOUND PROPERTY

On the 3rd of January 2017 at about 12:30am, police searched an abandoned lot on Partridge Street Extension, Belize City, which led to the discovery of a 12gauge Pump Action Shotgun wrapped in a black plastic garbage bag. No one was found in the immediate area and the weapon was deposited as Found Property.
 
MURDER

On the 3rd of January 2017 at about 2:40pm, police visited the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital, where they saw Randolph JOHNSON, 19-year-old of Belize City, with gunshot wounds to the chest, right leg and left palm. Investigation revealed that around 2:25pm, JOHNSON was along with five other male persons at a creek, situated at Mile 3 George Price Highway, where they were fishing. It was there that they were approached by a male person who fired several shots at JOHNSON causing his injuries. JOHNSON was rushed to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at 2:35pm.
 
About 7:30pm, police responded to a shooting incident on Holy Emmanuel Street, Belize City, where they saw Bert Alexander ABRAHAM, 47-year-old of Belize City, with several gunshot injuries to the back and chest. Investigation revealed that ABRAHAM was on the street in front of his residence when suddenly the sound of gunshots was heard and Bert ABRAHAM was seen motionless in front of his gate. Police investigations continue.
