DRUGS TRAFFICKING

On the 15th of November 2016 at about 3:45pm, members of the Special Branch Tactical Team were conducting mobile patrol on Wagner’s Lane when they observed one, Windell POPE, riding a bicycle from the direction of Albert Street. POPE was informed that a search would be conducted on his person and, as a result, he fled and threw a black plastic bag from his right front pocket. POPE was apprehended and escorted to the location where he threw the black plastic bad. The black plastic bag was found to contain (2) separate bags containing 215 grams cannabis. Windell POPE was charged for “Drug Trafficking”.

FOUND PROPERTY

On the 15th of November 2016 at about 10:30am, members of the Special Branch Tactical Team conducted a search in an open lot on Banak Street which led to the discovery of a black plastic bag containing (10).9mm live round of ammunition. No one was in the area. The items were labeled as found property and handed over to the exhibit keeper.

On the 15th of November 2016 at 11:50am, members of the Special Branch Tactical Team conducted a search in an open lot on Ebony Street which led to the discovery of a black plastic bag containing 130 grams cannabis. No one was in the area. The items were labeled as found property and handed over to the exhibit keeper

On the 15th of November 2016 at 12:30pm, members of the Special Branch Tactical Team conducted a search in an open lot on Muscle Street which led to the discovery of a black plastic bag containing 101 grams cannabis. No one was in the area. The items were labeled as found property and handed over to the exhibit keeper.
