FOUND PROPERTY

On the 8th of November 2016 at about 6:30am, Police conducted a vehicle checkpoint at Sand Hill Village on the Phillip Goldson Highway where a Morales bus was searched. The search led to the discovery of a brown and white Everest backpack which contained 2 parcels of cannabis wrapped in a transparent plastic bag. The suspected drugs which amounted to 1065.9 grams were deposited as found property.
 
On the 8th of November 2016 at about 10:30am, Police conducted a search in a nearby empty lot in the DFC Area, San Pedro Town, which led to the discovery of a black plastic bag containing a green leafy vegetable substance suspected to be cannabis which was hidden within a cement block. The suspected cannabis was weighed and amounted to 236 grams. It was deposited as Found Property
 
On the 8th of November 2016 at about 8:30pm, Police conducted searches on an abandon bushy lot on Mahogany Street, Belize City, where a .38 Special revolver was found. It was deposited as found property.
