DRUG TRAFFICKING

On 17th October 2014 at about 3:45pm, police conducted a search at a residence in the Boca Del Rio Area. Present at the time of the search was Vilma Esperanza CASTRO.  At the conclusion of the search, an amount of green leafy substance was found under some clothes. Ms. Vilma was informed of the offence committed, cautioned and informed of her constitutional rights. She was escorted to the San Pedro Police Station where the drugs were weighed and found to amount to 77.89grams of Cannabis. Police have since arrested and charged Vilma Esperanza CASTRO, 30 year old Honduran Housewife of San Pedro Town; and Hector LOPEZ, 29 year old also of San Pedro Town, jointly, for the offence of Drug Trafficking to wit: 77.89grams of Cannabis.
