RE: MURDER

Reference the report sent on 14th September 2014, regarding the death of Moses COC at San Pedro Town, police have since charged Jermaine MOODY, 26 year old Belizean Laborer of San Pedrito Area, for the crime of Murder.

RE: ARSON

Reference the Arson report sent on 15th September 2014, police have since charged 40-year-old Alden SUTHERLAND, Belizean Construction Worker of Ladyville Village, for Arson.

PRELIMINARY REPORT

FATAL ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT

At about 7:45am on 17th September 2014, police were called to an area around mile 4 on the Southern Highway where they saw a Ford Escort car that had collided head on into a freight truck. Initial investigations revealed that the car was being driven by 29-year-old Police Constable #1150 Marvin SEDACY, of Cattle Landing, who was driving from Cattle Landing in the direction towards Forest Home Village when the accident occurred. Police investigations continue.
