TRAFFIC ACCIDENT
On 3rd July 2014, Onofre R. VELLOS, 31 year old Belizean Tour Guide and of Belize City, reported that at around 5:45pm on 3rd July 2014, he was driving a white Ford E350 van when upon reaching the exit of the Brodies parking lot and taking a left onto the Phillip Goldson Highway, a grey and black Honda Motor cycle collided into the left hand side bumper of the motor vehicle. The motor cycle was driven at the time by Fredrick EVANS, 68 year old Teacher of Ladyville village. Mr. EVANS was thrown off the motorcycle and sustained a large cut wound to his left knee. A Notice of Intended Prosecution was served on VELLOS.
HANDLING STOLEN GOODS
Reference the burglary report sent on 3rd July 2014, a residence was searched in the San Pedrito area which led to the recovery of a master craft compressor. Police detained four male persons pending charges for the crime of handling stolen goods, to wit: 1 master craft compressor.
