FOUND PROPERTY

On the 3rd of January 2018 at 4:45pm, Police conducted an Anti- Firearm and Drugs Operation on Moya Street, Belize City. As a result the search lead to the discovery of (1) 9mm Pistol with (2) magazines (one of which contained (14) live rounds), (1) 40mm pistol with (10) live rounds and 188 grams of cannabis. No one was in the area during the time of search. All items were deposited as found property.

ORANGE WALK DISTRICT

UNLAWFUL SEXUAL INTERCOURSE
 
On the 2nd of January 2018 at 1:53pm a 14 year old Belizean Student of Guinea Grass Village visited the Orange Walk Police Station, along with her sister, and reported that on two separate occasions in the months of July and September, her Stepfather had sex with her against her will at their home. A medical examination was conducted which confirmed that she was carnally known and is 24 weeks pregnant. The matter is under investigation.
