MISSING PERSONS FOUND

In reference to the Missing Persons report sent on 6th May 2014, Jennilee CASSASOLA and SHANDA GARBUTT were both located on 5th May 2014, at about 6:30pm, and in good health.

ROBBERY

On 5th May 2014, Bolivian Ricardo GUZMAN, 36 year old of Cayo District, reported that at 10:20pm while driving home in a white Toyota Hilux and upon reaching at the junction of Valley of Peace Road and George Price highway, two male persons forcibly entered his vehicle. One of the male persons sat next to him, pointed a firearm at him and commanded him to continue drive. He was beaten and robbed of his wallet, personal belongings and $30.00Bcy in cash. He further  stated that while on the road he was ordered to pick up another male person between Camalote Village and Teakettle Village and whilst stopping, managed to escape and alerted his supervisor who informed the Police. Police later recovered the Toyota Hilux and have since detained 24 year old Kenroy HUMES; 21 year old Erwin SANTOS; and 27 year old Nigel USHER, all of Teakettle Village, pending investigations.


STANN CREEK DISTRICT

POSTMORTEM EXAMINATION

At 3:00pm on 6th May 2014, a postmortem examination was conducted on the body of 17 year old Hansel Elvis GARCIA, of Dangriga Town, which certified the cause of death to be Septic Shock due to Multiple Organs Failure as a Consequence of Multiple Gun Shot Wounds.
 
PUNTA GORDA TOWN

UNLAWFUL CARNAL KNOWLEDGE

On 7th May 2014, a 14 year old female visited the station in the company of her grandmother and reported that on 19th April 2014 at about 4:00pm, a man she knows had sexual intercourse with her. A medical examination conducted on the minor certified that she was carnally known. Police are looking for this man pending investigations.
